The Story
Started With a Drone. Stayed for the Craft.
ThatDroneGuy started in 2019 when a passion for photography collided with the freedom of flight. What began as weekend shoots over the Toronto waterfront quickly turned into a full-time operation serving real estate agents, event planners, and commercial brands across Ontario.
Every project is flown and edited in-house — no subcontractors, no surprises. When you book with us, you're working directly with the pilot, the editor, and the person who answers your emails.
We believe aerial footage should do more than look impressive. It should tell a story, sell a property, or capture a moment that couldn't be seen any other way. That's the standard we hold every shoot to.

Licensed. Insured. Authorized.
Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Certificate
The highest certification level for drone pilots in Canada — required to fly in controlled airspace, near aerodromes, and over people.
Liability Insurance — $2M Coverage
Fully insured for commercial operations. Required by most venues, property managers, and event coordinators.
NAV CANADA Airspace Authorization
Authorized to operate in controlled airspace across the GTA and major Ontario corridors via RPAS Safety Assurance.

We shoot in log profile and grade every frame. The difference between raw footage and a finished deliverable is everything.
